Reladraw gives text diagrams explicit relative placement

Reladraw is a diagram language that lets you place elements relative to one another, such as putting an API below an interface or a database beside an application. It renders the description to SVG. The aim is to keep diagrams editable as text while giving authors more control over arrangement than an automatic layout normally provides.
