Oxynote puts live database charts beside reviewed runbooks
Oxynote is an open-source technical wiki that places live query charts beside documentation and routes page changes through drafts, diffs and approval. Its database charts support PostgreSQL, MySQL and MariaDB, alongside Prometheus metrics. PostgreSQL connections must be read-only, and sessions run in read-only mode. A runbook can therefore show replication lag next to its explanation and response steps.

Why it matters
Keeping operational evidence beside reviewed instructions can reduce the gap between a runbook and the system it describes.
More context
The Apache-2.0 project offers a self-hosted Docker setup with its own PostgreSQL storage. Change the documented default administrator password before exposing an instance. Start with a nonsensitive read-only data source and inspect query-editing and page-approval permissions.
Keep in mind
This is a newly announced project, not a reviewed production deployment. Read-only queries can still expose sensitive data or consume database resources.
