Cloudflare Issues packages production failures for coding agents

Cloudflare’s Issues beta groups repeated Worker failures and packages the error, stack trace, logs, traces and deployed version for investigation. Configured automations can send that context to coding agents or webhooks when thresholds are crossed. The workflow reduces manual copying from dashboards, while leaving review and deployment of proposed fixes with the engineering team.
