Python patches five branches as 3.10 reaches its final release
Python has released security updates across versions 3.10 through 3.14, covering archive extraction, decompression, TLS validation and other issues. Python 3.10.22 is the final release of its series, which will receive no further security fixes. Python 3.13.16 also marks a transition: subsequent releases in that branch will contain security fixes rather than full maintenance updates.

Why it matters
Teams need to patch current installations and plan migrations away from Python 3.10.
More context
Review the release for your branch: 3.10.22, 3.11.17, 3.12.15, 3.13.16 or 3.14.8. The three oldest branches provide source releases; 3.13 and 3.14 also provide installers. Test archive-handling and TLS paths after updating.
Keep in mind
Patching 3.10 does not extend its support lifetime. Distribution packages may follow their own update schedule, and 1min has not tested your dependencies against these releases.
