DeepSeek Harness adds Search and Fetch integrations

DeepSeek’s coding-agent harness now supports its Search and Fetch APIs, enabled through Web Search settings. The release also adds support for DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017. For existing users, the concrete change is an additional way to look up and retrieve web material during an agent session. Version 0.2.1-rc.2 remains a prerelease, so evaluate it before relying on it for routine work.
