PostgresCompare adds database pipelines and a read-only agent mode

PostgresCompare 2.2 compares PostgreSQL schemas and generates SQL to synchronise them. Its new pipeline view groups comparisons across development, staging and production, while row selection controls data-change scripts. An MCP server exposes comparison and migration tools to agents; a read-only mode disables tools that write, making drift inspection a useful starting point.
