Void brings deployment and resource provisioning into Vite

Void combines a Vite plugin, SDK and CLI to deploy full-stack JavaScript applications to Cloudflare. Imports identify resources such as databases, which the deployment process provisions automatically. Teams can also host a shared deployment platform with access controls and resource limits. That platform requires Workers for Platforms, R2, PostgreSQL, a login provider and a domain; it is not infrastructure-free.
