rustup 1.29.1 improves parallel setup and local documentation access

rustup 1.29.1 checks for toolchain updates in parallel and installs multiple requested components concurrently. It also adds a local HTTP server for documentation, useful when a browser or Rust setup runs in a container. Some unnecessary implicit toolchain installations now produce deprecation warnings, so scripts that rely on that behaviour deserve a check.

Why it matters

Changes to the installer can affect CI and development setup even when application code stays unchanged.

More context

Catch-up on the September 1 release. Existing installations can use rustup self update; rustup doc --serve enables the local documentation server. Try the update in your usual setup and review deprecation warnings before updating shared CI images.

Keep in mind

This updates the toolchain manager, not the Rust language. On 64-bit Windows, installing an i686 host toolchain now needs --force-non-host. Installation behaviour was not tested here.
