Vinext 1.0 brings Next.js APIs to a Vite-based implementation
Vinext 1.0 implements Next.js APIs on top of Vite, covering the Pages and App routers, server components and server actions. It supports build-time rendering and page revalidation, with deployment options beyond one hosting platform. Compatibility is substantial but incomplete: Cloudflare excludes Cache Components from its headline compatibility figure, so caching behaviour deserves particular attention during migration.

Why it matters
Teams evaluating their build and hosting options have a concrete implementation to test.
More context
Try the compatibility checker on a staging application before running the migration tool. Exercise authentication, navigation and cache invalidation against your existing deployment; the article describes Node and Workers deployment paths.
Keep in mind
This is a released 1.0 implementation, not a guarantee that every Next.js application will work unchanged. Compatibility figures are Cloudflare’s; 1min has not tested them.
