Railway explains why missed deployments need a manual redeploy
Railway is accepting deployments again after its October 21 security incident, but commits pushed during the pause were not queued. Services can therefore remain on their last successful deployment until someone redeploys. Its recovery guide also says GitHub connections, API tokens and CLI sessions were revoked. Teams need to restore those connections and credentials before retrying affected deployment paths.

Why it matters
A green running service does not establish that the latest code reached production after an incident.
More context
Check the running deployment against the intended commit, reconnect the repository where required and trigger Deploy Latest Commit. CLI and CI users need replacement credentials. The original disclosure separately recommends rotating environment secrets and reviewing access logs.
Keep in mind
This is provider recovery guidance, not evidence that every account lost secrets. Follow Railway’s incident updates for the investigation’s scope.
